Nicole’s experience spans a diverse range of community service environments, giving her a unique understanding of the different supports and services that can make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Nicole is particularly passionate about person-centred practice and the importance of ensuring that people are at the heart of decisions about their own lives and the supports they receive. Nicole values building genuine relationships based on trust, respect and collaboration whilst supporting people to improve their quality of life and achieve positive, meaningful outcomes.
