Scott has a long and vast experience supporting people with disabilities having grown up with his sister who has spina bifida and autism. After completing his degree in health sciences Scott lived in Japan where he taught English to children for 10 years including students with specific needs. After 10 years in Japan Scott returned to Australia with his family where he worked on the oyster farms specializing in Work Health and Safety. Due to an injury Scott returned to teaching where he has been relieving teachers at a school for specific purposes. Given Scott’s vast experiences he decided to focus on behaviour support work where he has a keen interest in helping people.
