Yvonne is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live meaningful and self-determined lives. Her background working with children in homeschooling and outside school hours care settings has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of early, consistent and collaborative support across home, school and community environments. Grounded in a strong theoretical foundation in social work, encompassing systems thinking, trauma-informed practice, and human rights frameworks, and with six months of internship in Behaviour Support, Yvonne brings an understanding of the systems and structures that underpin quality support delivery.
